Documents management

Thanks to the most advanced technologies, SDG can acquire, develop and validate large masses of data from the archives of a Company.

The opticalacquisition of documents is done through color scanners with the latest generation of the OCR system.

The modules’ data acquired are checked and validated by an appropriate software according to rules that the Client defines.

The final product provides Clients with images of the scanned documents, and collected data that can be imported directly into the Client's applications.

Note that, even in case of different kinds of documents (such as the case of supplies' invoices), SDG can proceed to their standardization and optical acquisition and provide, in addition to the usual images on magnetic media, the key data of each document.
